IPS has a highly skilled and experienced onsite work force. Staff qualifications include ASME IX, NZS 4703, NZS 4711, Permit Receivers, Confined Space Entry, Working at Heights, Fire Watch, Workplace First Aid. We offer:

We have four fully equipped 20' workshop containers, two 4T forklifts and a JCB Tele-handler to support the site crews. The containers are typically fitted out with the following:
- Work benches
- Pedestal drill
- GF saws
- Robo metal cutting saw
- Chain blocks, winches
- Rigging equipment-slings, chains, shackles, snatch blocks
- Life guards
- Oxygen monitors - personal for confined space entry
- Oxygen monitors - weld integrity when purge welding
- First Aid kits
- Fire extinguishers
Our staff are well conversed in running process piping and services piping both in stainless steel and carbon steel. We have ticketed welders for steam, compressed air and other high pressure services. We have experienced riggers capable of lifting in the smallest to largest items of equipment.
Our supervisors will take care of the day to day running of your projects, conducting tool box meetings, preparing Job Safety Analysis Sheets, QA document packages - weld maps and welders certificates.
